Control & Admin- Business Performance (M/F/d)

The scope of the following responsibilities is the German companies within Iberdrola Deutschland reporting the Control & Reporting Manager (CFO):

- Budgeting and forecasting
- Development of KPIs
- Long-term forecasting and projections
- Impairment test preparation
- Analysis of investment dossiers
- Development and documentation business processes to comply with Iberdrola Group accounting policies and internal controls.

**_MAIN FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES_**:
Collaborate and provide support to the Control & Reporting Manager (CFO) for Germany. In particular:

- Preparation of information for the reporting to Iberdrola Renovables/Retail Control & Administration Departments (Accounting, Investments, Management Control, Consolidation).
- Provide support to the German Offshore & Onshore Project Teams:

- Preparation of budget and forecast reviews.
- Accounting technical support: Technical accounting advise on treatment of spend (CAPEX/OPEX) in SAP to ensure accurate project reporting in line with accounting standards.
- SAP purchasing administration.
- Support Project Team with lease contracts in SAP through the Real Estate module.
- Support the Project Teams in any other General Administration process.

**_REQUIREMENTS_**:

- Advanced degree in Accounting or Economics.
- Master’s degree would be positively assessed.
- Proven working experience as a financial controller/accountant.
- Accounting and finance experience as auditor or similar.
- English. Full professional proficiency. Certificates and/or test may be required.

- Spanish. Positively assessed.

**_SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE_**:

- Knowledge of IFRS and German GAAP accounting principles and procedures.
- Experience with preparation and publication of financial statements.
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process.
