We are looking for an experienced Senior Portfolio Controller (f/m/x) to lead and shape our portfolio management as Finance Business Partner. In this role you will be essential for creating our future success as a diversified business and work closely with the ZEAL Senior Management team.

**Your tasks**:

- Create transparency of our overall business portfolio and continuously manage the overall risk profile of investments
- Ensure the support of strategic goals and protect the invested capital
- Be a sparring partner for our VP Group Controlling & the ZEAL Senior
Management team
- Own the monthly Reporting & Budgeting / Forecast process for your business area: Deliver and constantly improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast
- Develop and review strategic options within the financial planning, supported by financial outlook and /or a business case with the focus on optimizing our portfolio approach and value creation
- Deliver meaningful management reporting to support the business & ensure accountability
- Ensure checks and balances, as well as compliance with the corporate governance
- Take care and lead special projects, e.g. performance & process improvement projects or M&A transactions

**What you offer us**:

- 5+ years of experience in a business partnering Controlling role
- Experience in portfolio management
- Having led and managed budget / forecasting processes
- Experience in preparing executive level reporting
- A Team player with a can-do mentality, but also capable of working independently
- Strong communication skills, especially in virtual international organizations
- Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task as well as a hands-on mentality
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, non-political and a highly motivated attitude
- You are fluent in English (spoken and written)
