Summary For the area "HR Processes and Tools" we are looking for a "Specialist International HR-Transformation and Digitalization (f/m/d)" at the location Ulm, Taufkirchen, Oberkochen or Immenstaad as soon as possible. The "Center of Expertise HR Processes and Tools" manages the definition and development of HR processes and coordinates their digitalization for the HENSOLDT "HR" division. It is to drive the transformation of HR from a technical perspective based on existing tool expertise. In addition, the "Center of Expertise" is the central point for the implementation of the "HR Enterprise Risk Management" as well as in the context of "HR Audits" and in this way combines the topics of compliance and further development of the "HR Architecture" and the "Service Delivery Model". Your Tasks- Designing, implementing and ensuring the operation of a global HR system and process landscape, taking into account the requirements of local HR systems and processes- Identification, analysis, development and implementation of improvement opportunities in the current HR system and process landscape in the core companies as well as worldwide subsidiaries of the HENSOLDT Group, taking into account applicable regulations- Responsibility for the development, coordination and implementation of change management activities (e.g. communication, training) and the involvement of various global stakeholders and departments of our group of companies- Providing content-related guidance to HR key users, IT managers and external service providers as part of the implementation process, as well as HR-side responsibility for final testings- Internal contact person for international stakeholders for the HR system and process landscape Willingness to travel internationally is required.
