**What you'll do**
We are looking for an execution-oriented Cyber-Security (Senior) Project Specialist (f/m/d) for our Strategic Operations team. Your role will focus on the development and management of security services, metrics, reporting, training and communications plans, directly supporting the leadership team and thus the Security journey of the company.
The role is within the Strategic Operations team within the Cyber Defense and Design organization. As a member of the Strategic Operations team, you will play a key role in the transformation of the company’s Security journey, managing strategic security areas and operations, covering the afore-mentioned topics. Your responsibility will also cover fostering collaboration with partner LoBs, as well as functional partners for Global Security and SAP
**What you bring**
- Masters's degree or equivalent degree, applicable to the related field.
- Ideally, you bring 4-5 years of related experience.
- Strong communication skills both written and spoken in English,
- Experience with executive reporting and communications, strategic operations support, as well as reporting tools and dashboards
- Result-driven personality, enthusiasm, energy, confidence, clear goal orientation and strong work ethic, “can do” attitude
- Ability to work with global and virtual teams from various geographical and cultural backgrounds
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity topics is an asset.
**Meet your team**
The Strategic Operations Team manages all strategic objectives, projects, KPIs, metrics, engagements, risks, and budget of the Cybersecurity Defense & Design organization. The team works closely together with the SGS Leadership, as well as with various LoBs.
