**Who we are looking for**:
To strengthen our **Digital Marketing Team within the FAIRTIQ User Squad (B2C) **based in Switzerland and Germany, we are looking for a motivated** Trainee (80-100%) (all genders)** to drive our **organic** **Social Media** channels. You are passionate about topics like sustainable mobility and technological innovation and you like to inspire people with creative content? Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Linkedin & co. is your world and you do not shy away from standing in front of the camera yourself? You want to spread valuable information, influence and build an engaged FAIRTIQ community? Then join our team as a trainee in Social Media

With a trainee student contract, FAIRTIQ offers students the opportunity to put their knowledge into practice right away. You will be responsible for our organic social media channels while also learning a lot about broader digital marketing topics, such as campaigning.

**Role & Duties**:

- You are responsible for FAIRTIQ’s organic and earned social media channels (META, TikTok, Twitter, Linkedin)
- You create and execute content strategies and plans for all organic social media channels
- You plan, implement and optimise measures to continuously grow the key KPIs of our organic social media channels (e.g. reach, engagement etc.)
- You monitor, control and report Social Media campaigns
- You work in close collaboration with the digital marketing team to plan and implement organic social media campaigns in line with FAIRTIQ campaigns
- You independently create and distribute content for all organic social media channels. Hence, you feel comfortable posing and talking in front of a camera
- You work in close collaboration with the design team and support our videographer in visual content creation (especially across Germany and Switzerland)

**Skills & Personality**:

- Passion for Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Open-minded and extroverted personality with a customer-oriented mindset
- Fluent (writing and speaking) in German and English (French is a plus)
- Eye for visual design and aesthetics
- Highly motivated and strongly driven by self-initiative with a strong detail-orientation
- Experience in creative content creation (video
- and photography & graphic design)
- Experience with content creation tools is a plus (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Frontify)
- Education in marketing, communication, business administration, business informatics, or similar experience with organic social media channels
