**About the role**:
As a People & Talent Partner, you will play a key role in enabling our people and teams to succeed. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, strategic HR partner, and hands-on supporter across the full employee lifecycle.
- People Support & HR Business Partnering_
- Be the first point of contact for employees and team leads on all people-related matters.
- Provide guidance and support on performance, growth, well-being, and conflict resolution.
- Partner with leadership to align people's strategies with business goals.
- Organize and carry out regular people meetings.
- Talent Acquisition_
- Collaborate with our global HR team on recruitment topics.
- HR Operations_
- Manage contracts and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, internal policies and ISO standards.
- Provide an outstanding onboarding and offboarding experience.
- Act as a local point of contact for our office management

**What You Bring**
- 2-4 years experience in HR/People Partnering roles, ideally in a fast-paced or creative environment.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems and digital tools.
- Empathy, discretion, and a service-oriented mindset. Fluent German and English skills.

**Compensation**

Your complete compensation package will be discussed in detail during the recruitment process. Our salary model is designed to offer a range of levels based on three factors: skills, responsibilities and impact. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment where every employee has the opportunity to thrive and advance in their career and become better versions of themselves.

During the initial interview round, we will discuss the salary range for this position. We offer a fixed salary with the possibility of performance-based bonuses and additional benefits.
