The position is limited to 12 months.

Responsibilities- Test planning and innovation: You will independently develop and implement test plans for cosmetic ingredients- Data analysis: You will evaluate experimental data and identify potential for improvement and innovation- Formulation development: You will create new cosmetic formulations with a focus on efficacy, stability and consumer appeal- Research: You will conduct research on your own initiative in technical literature and patents to support innovation- Documentation and teamwork: You document research activities accurately and work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams

Requirements- Qualifications: You have a PhD in one of the following fields: chemistry, chemical engineering, cosmetic science or a related field- Professional experience: You have practical experience in biopolymer chemistry and/or in the synthesis and modification of polymers- Technical expertise: You are confident in handling laboratory equipment and have in-depth knowledge of analytical techniques- Approach to work and ability to work in a team: You work independently and can contribute effectively to teams and cooperate- Analytical and communication skills: You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
