Finance Specialist/project Accountant

We are looking a new colleague to join Finance Team a s a Finance Specialist/Project Accountant and will closely cooperate with entire EMEA Team and finance manager. As a new joiner you will work in a demanding environment and support the international divisions of our German and European business.

**We are based in Walldorf working on hybrid model, few days in the office, few days from home.**

**If you join the team, you will be responsible for**:

- checking the project data in the invoicing system (KIMBLE)
- accounting/invoicing of projects to our customers in Kimble and SAP
- reconciliation of sales in S4 to Kimble
- participating in the preparation of advance sales tax returns
- being a contact person for consultants, project managers and project office
- clarifying of questions about projects, billing, payments, etc
- checking compliance of costs reported by consultants with invoices issued for clients

**To fulfill this, you need**:

- several years of experience in international invoicing, preferably with software consulting firms
- sales tax knowledge
- practical SAP knowledge
- knowledge of KIMBLE is a great plus
- high communication skills (verbal and written) in German, English (any other language is a plus)
- to be patient and details-oriented person
- to have experience working with deadlines, no afraid of working under time pressure

**Experience**: Required
- 2 year(s): Experience in international invoicing - preferably with software consulting companies
- 2 year(s): Knowledge of travel expense accounting
- Sales tax knowledge
