Playing a crucial role in Reckitt's DACH & Nordics Finance organization you will support the Commercial leaders as a strategic business partner in delivering profitable financial growth while providing a full spectrum of financial control and financial support to the brands/categories. Thanks to your persuasiveness and confidence you ensure a seat at the decision table and provide high caliber respected advice and information for all strategic business initiatives, such as sizing, pricing etc. Your analytical skills help you to take care for all our annual planning and forecasting processes as well as month-/year-end-closing activities. By owning and understanding all aspects of the Commercial P&L you will act as liaison between Finance and Commercial functions and therefore will be able to drive topics forward.

... you graduated sucessfully in business adminstration (or similar)
... you have minimum 4 years working experience in Finance Controlling - preferably in a fast moving FMCG environment Industry or/and Branded Consumer Goods companies
... you thrive under pressure and hit tight deadlines
... you have the willingness to question established processes & standards in order to achieve improvements - with team effort
... you are fluent in both German and English (speaking and writing)
... you are an excellent communicator, able to influence others using facts and data
