To build up competences within Alpiq in the field of **RES project development**, construction and transactions in **Nordics and Germany.** We need support for Alpiq in generating PnL by conducting RES projects to commercial operation.

**Your tasks - our demand**
- Development of RES project portfolio in Nordics and Germany, investments in RES projects, divestments of operational projects
- Use existing network and establish new relationships to counterparties necessary to develop the RES project portfolio
- Prepare and finalize a business case for the RES investments in collaboration with internal stakeholders (finance, legal, senior management, asset management ). Get all necessary approvals from EB and senior management to execute the business case and get necessary budget.
- Acquisition of projects in the development or construction phase (as part of the business model). Geographical focus is on Nordics and Germany.
- Project lead / management in construction phase
- Generating and executing other opportunities outside of the project development business case (P-to-X, structured energy transactions for power and gas)
- Have responsibility and accountability for concluded transaction; from term sheet to delivery.
- Keep track of regulatory changes that impact existing business and create new business opportunity and act on the changes with products / product ideas / initiatives.
- Representing Alpiq, its products and services on exhibitions, to customers and at other relevant public and internal events

**Your profile - our gap in the team**
- General knowledge of European energy market
- Knowledge about RES project development, project management, financial modeling, project financing, DD processes, project transactions
- Established network in fields of RES project development
- Ability to work independently in a structured and transparent manner, as well as contribute as a member of the Northwest Europe team.
- Excellent skills in English, German and or Nordic languages preferred
- Preferred Locations are Berlin (GER), Oslo (NOR) or Vantaa (FIN)
