**Global Cardiovascular Marketing / Commercial Internship (M/F/d)**

Cardiovascular disease is the most common cause of death worldwide. As a disease of modern society, its occurrence is increased by factors such as a poor diet, lack of physical activity or too much stress, thereby leading to a stroke or heart attack. Bayer has developed new treatment options to reduce the risks of these serious events. The global Cardiovascular team thrives at protecting millions of patients in therapeutic areas like Thrombosis, while launching new treatments worldwide in chronic kidney disease in Type 2 Diabetes, and Heart Failure.

**YOUR TASKS AND EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES**
- Support the roll-out of a global across-brand Sales Force project by
- Supporting with event organization and internal promotion from Japan to Alaska
- Supporting data generation from Global dashboard, analysis, and decision making
- Support the implementation of an internal in call quality program
- Supporting with event organization, content management, best practice sharing
- Working with team members for operations, project management, and internal promotion
- Work with your assigned mentor on relentlessly building your strengths, incorporate feedback and develop throughout your internship period to be even readier to start a fantastic professional journey.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Enrolled student (M/F/d) with at least bachelor's degree in any discipline (Any advanced qualification is a plus) and you are looking for a mandatory internship.
- Unwavering passion to learn new skills and leverage the immense internal and external network offered by the experience
- An individual with good communication skills as well as strong organizational skills and critical thinking (both written and spoken)
- Experience and certification in Agile framework, particularly Scrum is a plus
- Must have strong knowledge and skillsets in MS Office as well as confidence to fluidly pick up new digital tools
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other photo or video editing software is a plus
- Fluent in both oral and written English, any additional local language is a plus.
