Als Clinical Trial Assistant bist Du vor Ort der Support unserer Projektmanager in unserem Office in Münster. Dabei hilfst Du bei der Durchführung globaler klinischer Arzneimittelstudien der Phasen I-IV.

**Dein Aufgabenschwerpunkt**:

- Du unterstützt das Projektmanagement in vielen Bereichen und Phasen einer klinischen Studie.
- Gut vorbereitet kümmerst Dich um essentielle Dokumente zur Durchführung einer klinischen Studie.
- In elektronischen Systemen stellst Du aktuelle Studieninformationen zusammen und überwachst diese.
- Die Einreichung von Studien bei Behörden und Ethikkommissionen wird durch dich unterstützt.
- Du bist kommunikativ und gerne in der Korrespondenz mit Prüfzentren (Arztpraxen und Kliniken).
- Für den Trial Master File, die zentrale Dokumentenablage einer klinischen Studie, übernimmst Du die Führung und Verantwortung.
- Du organisierst und nimmst an internen und externen Meetings und Telefonkonferenzen teil. Außerdem übernimmst Du die Erstellung von Gesprächsprotokollen auf Deutsch oder Englisch.
- Du unterstützt das Finanzcontrolling der klinischen Studien.
- Du arbeitest gerne mit internationalen Studienteams zusammen.

**Dein Qualifikationsprofil**:

- Ausbildung in einem biologischen, pharmazeutischen bzw. medizinischen Umfeld oder als Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Büromanagement, Tourismuskaufmann/-kauffrau, FremdsprachenkorrespondentIn, o.ä.
- Erste Berufserfahrung oder Vorkenntnisse in der klinischen Forschung sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sichere Kenntnisse mit Windows-Office-Programmen
- Selbstständiges und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
- Sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit und Zeitplanung
- Hohe Motivation, Flexibilität und Lernbereitschaft
- Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit
