Join our team and join forces with colleagues across our business to maximise our company’s positive impact on patients and their families.**What the job looks like** - Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as: - Build and grow the future talent pipeline - Develop and implement succession and development plans for business-critical roles and initiatives to fuel to future pipe of leaders - Implement the Performance and Development process E2E - Identify gaps and implement levers to strengthen leaders/managers accountability and engagement - Drive initiatives to increase engagement levels, based on employee surveys and people analytics - Challenge & support the organisational design and effectiveness - Strategic workforce planning, oversight of FTEs and manpower costs - Drive and support the development and delivery of cultural change plans & activities and enable leaders implementation - Roll-out of global initiatives, frameworks and guidelines **What you'll bring to the table** - To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have: - Professional degree in Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable degree - 7+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, incl. international experience - Profound experience in change management and organizational design - English and German language mastery **_"Drive the People Strategy for the CFO-area"_** Leen Hofkens, the Hiring Manager
