We are looking for a proactive and curious Working Student (f/m/x) Office Management in Berlin (20 hours per week). As part of our Space Center team you will support our office & facility management, take care for the front desk and make sure, that our employees & visitors have everything they need for feeling home at the office in the heart of Berlin.

Apart from financial aspects, you will get precious insights in the general day-to-day business of a dynamic workplace with people from all over the world.

In this role you will
- Be the first contact for all office issues, suppliers, and staff, ensuring that it runs smoothly and effectively in the Berlin office
- Prepare meetings, including the meeting rooms and welcoming of the guests
- Keeping the office clean and tidy including the kitchen
- Support internal events of the organisation, including breakfast, workshops
- Make necessary orders for office material (pens, paper, etc.), food and beverage and independently identify the need for reorder
- Manage birthdays (list maintenance, calendar reminders, sending mails, decorating tables, issuing and monitoring gifts).
- Operations and administrative support (which includes gifting, process documentation, managing calendars, etc.)
- Report to the local Office Manager, support onboarding and offboarding
- Support in any other ad-hoc functions, e.g. research for first aid courses, implemtenation of guidelines and security measures
- Bring our company culture to the next level by engaging with the team and putting your ideas in action

To succeed you need
- You are registered as a student and have the ability to demonstrate the right to work in the EU
- Excellent written and verbal German and fluent English language skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Autonomous work style and sense of responsibility
- Strong practical mindset and good organizational skills
- Detail orientation and Diligence
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to work with a constantly changing set of priorities
- Very good relationship building and social skills in an international environment
