**Job Summary & Work Environment**:
**Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and serving a variety of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensuring that the bar area is clean and well-stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be expected to take orders, process payments, and engage with guests to enhance their overall experience. As well as preparing, setting up, and maintaining breakfast buffets or serving group meals. It is essential to work well with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and cleaning up after service, functions, group meals, or breakfast buffets. As a bar team member, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. The atmosphere is lively and energetic, often with loud music, bustling crowds, and a vibrant social scene. You’ll be on your feet for extended periods, moving between the bar area, kitchen, and customer tables. Teamwork is essential, as you'll be collaborating closely with other bar staff, servers, and kitchen personnel to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience. The Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others is key to success in this role.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare and Serve Drinks: Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.**:

- **Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure a positive guest experience by addressing any questions or concerns.**:

- **Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glasses, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of trash.**:

- **Inventory Management: Monitor and restock bar supplies, including beverages, garnishes, and glassware, to ensure everything is available during service.**:

- **Cash Handling: Accurately process payments, including cash, credit card, and mobile payments, and balance the cash register at the end of shifts.**:

- **Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including checking IDs to verify the legal drinking age and managing alcohol responsibly.**:

- **Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely service and a seamless customer experience.**:

- **Event Support: Assist in setting up and serving during special events or private functions, ensuring all guest needs are met.**:

- **Food Service a la carte: Ensure that the guests receive what they ordered aligned with quality standards**:

- **Buffets: Preparing, setting up, and maintaining buffets for breakfast, Events, and functions**

**Legal requirements**:

- **Be eligible or have all the necessary documentation to be legally employed in Germany**:

- **Have an up-to-date/active bank account in your own name**

**Skill requirements**:

- **Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, especially during busy periods, without compromising service quality.**:

- **Time Management: Efficiently managing time to serve customers quickly while maintaining high service standards.**:
