**We are seeking for**:
Our Student Recruitment & Admissions team is looking for an experienced Student Recruiter (M/F/d) to start as soon as possible. In this position, you will act as the first point of contact, and thus the face of the university and our degree programs to prospective students.
**Speed and close contact are important elements of your daily work and your interaction with prospective students as well as a friendly demeanor**. You will provide information and insights into the many different facets of studying at KLU (almost like an encyclopedia) and will therefore closely interact with many other departments as well as KLU’s faculty.
We are currently advertising two profiles. The
**senior profile** will be largely responsible for the KLU’s Executive Education programs (MBA, Part-Time MSc). In line with the target groups for our program (2-5 years work experience), we are looking for a Student Recruiter who can communicate on eye level with these professionals. The position is full-time (40 hours per week), and includes flexible working hours, travel, and home office options. The travel activity for this position is about 20-30 days per year.

**Your Responsibilities**:
- Communication with and study guidance for prospective students (consultation talks, campus tours).
- Representation of KLU at education fairs and other events (career fairs, graduate fairs, trade fairs, student recruitment tours, etc.).
- Organization and coordination of various recruiting events on and off campus (Open Days, After Work Events, etc.).
- Establishing and maintaining contacts with logistics associations and representatives of KLU in Germany and abroad.
- Content management of program pages, event entries, event landing pages, and FAQ pages on the KLU website.
- Preparation of statistics and key figures.
**Your qualifications**:
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s studies.
- Ideally, min. 2 years of work experience.
- Good knowledge of the German university landscape and basic knowledge of different, international educational systems.
- Willingness and ability to independently shape and develop your own work and tasks.
- Strong conceptual skills, organizational skills, and presentation skills.
- Outgoing networking personality with confident appearance. Strong customer orientation and linguistic eloquence.
- Digital affinity and open to learning new systems and (IT) tools as well as interested in designing processes.
- Ability to fluently communicate in German and English.
