For our headquarters in Berlin, we are looking for a Group Controller (d/f/m) to support us in the restructuring of the company into a holding structure and to set up the new corporate structures and processes. Tasks - Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in cooperation with our tax advisors - Process information from local tax advisors, auditors, banks and lawyers - Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable - Reporting on actual versus budgeted results - Preparation and monitoring of transfer pricing documentation - Controlling across holding company structure **Requirements**: - Relevant professional experience of approx. 5 years, ideally as group controller - Experience with the consolidation of financial statements and with monitoring and coordination of transactions within a group of companies - Broad expertise in accounting according to IFRS and HGB, controlling and transfer pricing documentation - Experiences with audits and taxes are a plus - High attention to detail, analytical thinking and enjoying building up projects - Very high degree of personal responsibility - Proactive and efficient way of working - Very good English or German language skills **Benefits**: - Help shape a growth company from the ground up and redefine the impact area of "healthcare at home" - A great team culture (...because you're helping to build it) - Central office in Prenzlauer Berg as well as regular team events - 29 days of vacation + birthday off - Coaching & workshops as well as further education by arrangement - Flexible working hours and mobile working - Company cell phone and company laptop - Small teams with flat structures and fast decision-making processes as well as project-based work - so that you can also lead projects - Employee discounts for various brands (e.g. for travel, fashion, services and technology) - And if you like dogs (or have one of your own) all the better: we are furry friendly and are happy to welcome new team members here as well Kenbi is not only committed to transforming care, but also to transforming and improving our society.
