Data Centre Critical Facilities Maintenance Technician - level 3 (m/w/d)

***_ Job Summary_**:
As a Level 3 Critical Facility Technician, you will perform semi-routine preventative and corrective maintenance on non-critical facility components. You will assist senior staff, coordinate with vendors, and support incident management activities.
- Responsibilities_

**Facility/Infrastructure Maintenance**
- Performs semi-routine maintenance checks on non-critical facility components.
- Monitors the Building Monitoring System (BMS) and responds to semi-routine alarms.
- Assists senior staff in higher facility repairs and maintenance.

**Vendor Support**
- Coordinates with vendors to ensure maintenance activities meet Equinix's standards.
- Supports the work order approval process for routine maintenance work.

**Site Administration & Incident Support**
- Performs semi-routine site logs for permits.
- Uses job skills to follow operating procedures for on-site administration.

**Work Orders & Additional Projects**
- Completes semi-routine work requests and circuit installations.
- Assists senior staff with on-site incidents.

**Collaboration**
- Collaborates with others to resolve semi-routine facility incidents.
- Assists senior staff on infrastructure projects.

**_Requirements_**:

- Experience in facility maintenance.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and follow standard operating procedures.
- Good problem-solving and incident support skills.
- Very good English skills (German is a plus)
- Availability to work in shifts
