**Duties**:
The incumbent serves in a team of three employees responsible for tracking and accounting the property for all housing pool residences, the four official executive residences and all office property assigned to U.S. Government Owned (USG) locations in Berlin, Hamburg, Bremen, and Leipzig. The incumbent acts as section lead in carrying out regular, physical inventories of all property in housing pool residences in Berlin, Hamburg, and Leipzig as part of the residential make-ready team.

**Qualifications and Evaluations**:

- Requirements:
Two (2) years clerical work experience with computer inventory databases and/or supply experience are required.
- Education Requirements:
Completion of secondary school or local equivalent (US: High School Diploma/GED; Germany/EU: state German school degree) is required.
- Evaluations:
Position requires good working knowledge language skills in English (reading/writing/speaking).
Position requires good working knowledge language skills in German (reading/writing/speaking).
