Dein Job bei uns
- Du begleitest den Wertschöpfungs
- und Entwicklungsprozess unserer SaaS-Lösungen und iOS/Android-Apps in einem interdisziplinären Produktteam
- Du erstellst Mockups, Prototypen und pixelgenaue User Interfaces in allen Fidelity-Stufen
- Gemeinsam mit Produktmanagern und Entwicklern generierst und validierst du Hypothesen und führst Product Discovery Tätigkeiten durch
- Du analysierst Nutzerverhalten und -feedback mit gängigen UX Research-Methoden und übersetzt die Erkenntnisse daraus in begeisternde Nutzererlebnisse
- Gemeinsam mit weiteren Designern baust du unsere Herangehensweise an Research und Design aus und sorgst für eine konsistente Product Experience

Dein Profil
- Abschluss im Bereich Design (z. B. Digital Design, Produktdesign/Industriedesign, Kommunikationsdesign, Integrales Design), HCI, Medieninformatik oder Psychologie
- Mindestens fünf Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung als UX/UI bzw. Product Designer für digitale Produkte (oder vgl. Position)
- Du hast Routine im Umgang mit branchenüblichen Design Tools, wie z. B. Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Principle und idealerweise Erfahrung im Einsatz von Designsystemen
- Mit agilen Methoden wie Design Thinking/Design Sprints oder Lean UX bist du bestens vertraut
- Du hast Lust auf agiles Arbeiten mit unserem Entwicklerteam und verfügst über ein Grundverständnis für HTML, CSS, JS sowie für Datenstrukturen und Informationsarchitektur
- Du hast Erfahrung im Mentoring anderer Designer und der Facilitation von Workshops
- Du willst Dinge voranbringen, bist Neuem gegenüber aufgeschlossen und gehst deine Aufgaben mit Leidenschaft an
- Du beherrschst Englisch verhandlungssicher (GER C-Niveau) und hast in Deutsch mindestens ein B2-Sprachniveau
