**You’ll make a difference by**
- providing expert legal advice on all aspects of trademark-, design
- and domain law including
- conducting trademark and domain clearance searches for new product names and
- advising marketing and business teams on branding strategies and risk mitigation and
- collaborating with global colleagues to coordinate trademark and design filings, manage enforcement and brand protection efforts and
- drafting and filing of UDRP proceedings and
- negotiating coexistence and license agreements and
- supporting M&A transactions from a trademark perspective and
- delivering training sessions to business units and
- handling a wide range of enforcement actions worldwide and
- drafting trademark-related clauses in various commercial agreements.

**You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including**
- Fully qualified European Trademark Attorney, eligible for admission as a legal practitioner before the EUIPO
- 2-5 years of proven professional experience in trademark law, ideally gained in an international corporate environment or a reputable law firm
- In-depth knowledge of EU and international trademark law and practice; familiarity with U.S. trademark law is a strong plus
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in German and other languages is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, combined with intercultural awareness and sensitivity
- Business-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, global setting
