**Artificial Intelligence Lead (M/F/d)**

**Responsibilities**
- Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of 10 data and AI experts.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance for AI initiatives.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support team members' career development.
- AI Expertise & knowledge sharing:

- Serve as the primary authority on AI technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Mentor internal teams, fostering continuous learning and innovation.
- Delegate project assignments based on team members' strengths and development goals.
- Oversight of high-impact AI Use Case Implementation:

- Lead design, development, and implementation of AI solutions.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance throughout project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with team to define project milestones and monitor progress.
- Thought Leadership:

- Champion AI awareness and understanding within the organization.
- Deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions on AI concepts and benefits.
- Encourage team contributions to thought leadership initiatives.
- AI Capabilities & Enablement:

- Assess organization's AI capabilities and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead development and implementation of strategies to enhance AI capabilities.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members.
- AI Strategy Formulation:

- Contribute to comprehensive AI strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify AI trends and opportunities.

**Qualifications**
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven experience in AI research, development, and implementation, with a track record of delivering impactful solutions.
- Deep expertise in GenAI, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with experience in developing and implementing AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience leading and mentoring teams in AI initiatives.
- Ability to provide strategic direction and guidance, ensuring successful execution of AI projects.
