Customer Operations Intern

A position within the Operations department provides you the opportunity to gain knowledge and exposure to various functions and business processes within TI including but not limited to Sales, Planning, Logistics, Pricing, Receivables and Credits and Asset Management.
**About the Job**
The Customer Operations team is focused on eliminating barriers and support business growth by driving optimal demand coverage and proactive order management activities with customers and Sales to achieve annual revenue plans & increase customer satisfaction. The internship will allow you to understand Texas Instruments order to cash process, while also giving you the opportunity to take responsibility for an individual project related to your academic background.
Texas Instruments will not sponsor job applicants for visas or work authorization for this position.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Ongoing studies in Business, Logistic, Supply Chain Management, Finance or Operations Management
- Advanced English language skills are an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), proficiency in SAP and Business Objects preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Very good communication and relationship skills
