**Your Tasks**:

- Konfiguration und Wartung von Salesforce Sales und Service Cloud inkl. Usermanagement
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Wahrung der Datenintegrität und -konsistenz
- Datenmappings und -integrationen zwischen Salesforce Produkten, aber auch mit ERP Systemen, sowie Legacy und SaaS-Applikationen
- 1st Level Support und Usertrainings für Kolleg*innen
- Change Management initiieren, steuern oder umsetzen je nach Anforderung
- Subject Matter Expert für Salesforce Produkte
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern aus verschiedenen Abteilungen

**Your Profile**:

- Mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich der Administration und Wartung von Salesforce Cloud Produkten (Sales, Service Cloud)
- Mind. zertifizierter Salesforce Administrator,
wahlweise weitere Salesforce Zertifikate
Versierter Umgang mit Änderungen an Workflows, Custom Fields, Validierungsregeln, Dashboards, Forms
und Templates
- Geübt in Datenänderungen, -importen und -analysen
- Vertraut mit Salesforce Deployments und
Releases/Updates, Sandboxing, UATs
- Grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse in C#, Java, Kotlin, Python o.ä. sind von Vorteil aber kein Muss
- Fließende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
