Globally launched in 2018, we are shipping our products to over 220 countries worldwide With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we´re currently looking for a **Merchandise Planner** for a **full-time**, **unlimited** position based out of our **Berlin** office. **How Do You Fit In?** This position will report to the **General Manager of SxF in Europe**. **Responsibilities**: - Responsible for all performance reporting e.g. Monday reporting, month-end reporting, quarterly hindsight, line cards. - Develop and maintain annual, seasonal, and monthly merchandise plans for multiple product categories - Manage the financial success of the business by meeting sales goals and maintaining healthy inventory levels - Recap and analyze actual sales results vs. plan and forecast in-season sales and inventory on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis - Quantify in-season risks and opportunities and make recommendations to merchant team and management to drive results - Communicate monthly Open-to-Buy forecasts and supporting action plans to management and cross functional teams - Provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders for future season planning - Prepare innovative ad-hoc financial analysis for management as needed - Develop and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional team members, including teams based in Los Angeles and other international offices - Assist with special projects when needed. - Assist in managing and training the Buying and Planning Coordinator. **Required Skills**: - Bachelor’s degree, business/finance degree preferred - Minimum of 3-5 years of wholesale or retail apparel planning / analyst experience - Solid understanding of financial measurements including sales, gross margin, inventory turn, ST%, weeks of supply and how to impact them - Expertise in retail math and OTB planning - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities; ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines - Ability to work independently on simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work under pressure in an environment of constant change and shifting priorities. - Demonstrate strong listening, written, communication and time-management skills **What’s in it for you?** - **Compensation**: We offer a competitive salary, discretionary annual bonus scheme, and company equity program. - **Holidays**:Relaxation is important That's why we have unlimited vacation days, plus 4 Fridays off during the Summer. - **Flexible Working**:We embrace a hybrid working culture Our teams thrive on collaborative working from our cool office in Berlin during the week and offer the choice to work from home Mondays and Fridays. - **Professional Development**: We want you to have dedicated time for your professional development.
