We organize conventions, academic conferences, trade fair participation and exhibitions, the TU Berlin Summer & Winter University, as well as postgraduate MBA and MBL programs at TU Berlin. Currently, we coordinate five educational master programs at Technische Universität Berlin. Each year around 120 mostly international students enroll in these English-taught programs. For the postgraduate MBA program ‘Sustainable Mobility Management’, we are looking at the earliest possible date for a: Student Assistant (f/m/d) with up to 60 hours per month (by arrangement) for Sustainable Mobility Management (MBA) English - without teaching tasks **Working field**: - Support the development and implementation of the MBA programs, in particular the Sustainable Mobility Management MBA program - Support the teams in their daily duties (preparation of documents, planning of events, etc.) - Further administrative tasks (e.g. contact prospective and current students, lecturers, and companies) - Involvement in the study program on Berlin’s EUREF-Campus (preparational tasks for lectures, lecturer conferences, opening and graduation events, excursions as well as preparing eLearning - Tools on the e-Learning-platform of TU-Berlin - Moodle) - Social Media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.) **Requirements**: - Enrolled as a student, preferably in an undergraduate (or graduate) program (preferred but not required in the field of mobility) - Very good English communication skills (written and spoken), German is a plus - Sound user knowledge of MS-Office programs - Organizational talent, great commitment, flexible and creative - Friendly and with a confident attitude towards international students, lecturers, and colleagues **How to apply**: We are planning to conduct the interviews in early November 2024.
