To strengthen / support our team we are looking for a.Maintenance & Engineering Supervisor (M/F/d).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Technical leadership of the process and maintenance department.
- Participate in site leadership meetings to systematically report on results and progress using department KPIs
- Responsibility for systematic process improvement (BPI/Lean/SMED) for the benefit of safety, service, quality and/or productivity.
- Internal equipment and technology monitoring and performance evaluation.
- Minimise technical downtime together with the team and internal maintenance plan
- Design and evaluation of maintenance KPIs
- Design, implementation and training of new processes
- Monitoring and evaluating the efficiency of current processes
- Co-operation with global PPG site to standardise technologies and processes
- Coaching the team, ensuring a good working atmosphere; also following up on personnel issues such as planning/working time, holidays, sickness and strategy for newly hired colleagues
**Qualifications**:
- Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, process engineering industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in personnel management
- Experience with plant, machinery and their management tools
- Experience in occupational safety
- Completed Six Sigma training (Green/Black Belt)
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Very good English skills
- Very good Microsoft Office skills
