**Financial Planner/Controller**:
in Berlin, Helsinki, Munich

As Financial Planner/Controller at DAIN Studios you are in a key position in helping DAIN grow to the next level. You will be responsible for developing and running our financial planning and controlling activities as well as adjacent financial topics and processes. You will engage with the team and ensure our financial overview and processes level up to support our growth journey. Responsibility will be given to you from the start.

**We're looking for a Financial Planner/Controller**:

- Berlin, Helsinki, Munich
- Status: Open Position

**Your qualifications**:

- Master’s degree with excellent grades in economics, or a similar course of studies with a focus on finance or controlling.
- 2+ years relevant professional experience in a controlling function
- 2+ years relevant experience in a consulting environment
- Business fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Very good analytical and methodological skills, results-orientation, and individual initiative.
- Experience in working as part of, and in dynamic teams and on projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting/controlling tools (e.g. DATEV, Netvisor, SAP, etc)
- Strong communication skills and focus on teamwork
- Located either in Finland or in Germany

**What you will do**:

- You structure and update our controlling, accounting, purchasing, and tax processes.
- You will actively contribute to establish, update and monitor company budget and forecast.
- You will create monthly internal reports with target vs. actual comparisons on operative key figures at project and company level.
- You will participate in modernizing, improving, and automatizing financial processes, e.g. by implementing digital solutions.
- You will support and closely collaborate with Accounting & Bookkeeping, and thereby contribute to ensure the timely processing of all accounts payable/receivable.
- You work across the DAIN Studios’ country units to support budgets, cross-charging etc.
- You are responsible for aligning the intercompany reconciliation across the different country units
