**Job Description**:
Must have : T2S, T2, TIPS, ECMS releases testing.in banking domain
- The main task of DG/MIP/MIS Testing, Quality & Readiness (TQR) team is to support the testing and migration activities in the ECMS project and the project manager and release management for all TARGET Services (T2S, T2, TIPS, ECMS) and for the setup and coordination of the quality assurance and user testing phases. In addition, the team is supporting the migration of markets to new TARGET Services and the on-boarding and readiness of new joiners to the TARGET Services and works on ad-hoc activities such as the T2S recovery.
- The objective of this call off is to receive migration, testing and readiness services (from migration/test strategy definition to migration/test preparation, execution, and management) during the various test phases of the project plan and the final migration in the production environment. The process documentation describing these tasks should also be updated if required.
- The Deliverables require being in regular contact with the relevant activities/project(s) team as well as all the teams and the providing 4CBs
- At least 5 years of experience in functional testing of Financial Market Infrastructures (FMI), in particular securities settlement systems and high-value payments systems. A demonstrated experience with the Eurosystem FMIs such as T2S, T2, TIPS will be considered added value.
- Support the preparation, coordination and reporting of NCBs, CSDs, PSPs and market participants on T2S, T2 and TIPS releases testing.
- Support the preparation, coordination and reporting for the onboarding and migration of new participants to Target services.
- Support the team in charge of preparing and monitoring the testing activities of the T2S recovery initiative.
- The team and MIP divisions use an important calendar of testing and migration events that must be maintained. Participate in maintaining the global testing calendar events up-to-date.
- Prepare the relevant template the agenda and the outcome of the meeting, and testing governance documents (STP, STSR) updates, testing reports; Manages the validation of the deliverables by the relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare the dress-rehearsals and migration relevant documentation: strategies, plans, reports, readiness dashboards.
- Prepare all relevant documents related to the preparation and monitoring of T2S recovery activities: planning, meeting agendas and outcomes, progress reports, execution reports.
