**Job Description**:
SEGULA Technologies are looking to employ a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist who is happy to support the German team’s ongoing growth in the automotive, rail, aerospace & defense, energy, life sciences, and marine sectors.

This position will be primarily focused on the **recruitment of energy profile**s.
- Working closely with Business Development to understand recruitment requirements on a daily basis.
- Being comfortable to support and/or run client meetings (existing or new). alongside the Business Development team or on an individual basis in order to understand what type of profile the client is expecting to receive.
- Setting up and conducting interviews.
- Assessing interviewees together with the respective hiring manager following SEGULA’s interview guidelines.
- Working with the corporate Applicant Tracking System to track and monitor KPIs.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experiences in similar roles is essential.
- Have an understanding of engineering recruitment requirements and of roles and deliverables within this environment.
- Knowledge of renewable energies (wind energy in the first place).
- A sound understanding of how an engineering service provider operates.
- Displaying strong competencies in the field of customer orientation, adaptability, innovation, and result orientation.
- A desire to review, improve, create and follow processes.
- Open to continuously improve, reflect and challenge own thinking.
- Holding the unrestricted right to work in the europe.
- Fluent in German.
