Your Tasks
Following research topics are available for a team of several colleagues:

- Interface between hardware and software for low power high performance computing hardware accelerator architectures and strategies for linear optimization with RISC-V and their implementation in SoCs
- Methods and strategies for efficient functional and formal digital verification with UVM incl. emulation of digital System on Chip SoC with RISC-V and Mixed Signal IP
- Expansion of the collaboration with Fraunhofer IIS Integrated Digital Systems
- Publication and presentation of research results
- Supervision of Bachelor's and Master's theses, teaching exercises, seminars or computer labs

Your Profile
- Master's degree in digital circuit technology or in a related field
- Good knowledge of SystemVerilog and/or VHDL and FPGAs
- Very good knowledge of English
