Working Student

**Your role**:
As a Working Student in Portfolio Management and Venture Development, you will have the opportunity to drive high-impact, strategic initiatives, and own end-to-end projects, developing our portfolio and growing revenues.
You will closely work with our VP Portfolio Operations and Vertical Leads.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Working on strategic initiatives, supporting our Portfolio Management Team in optimizing our current initiatives, and achieving set objectives
- Conducting market research, competitor analyses, and monitor emerging trends that might impact our portfolio companies
- Fully owning end-to-end projects within our portfolio companies
- Supporting our vertical leads by collecting data, conducting comprehensive analysis to identify industry trends, and providing actionable insights for decision making
- Staying up to date with media industry developments and trends, leveraging your knowledge to contribute strategic and creative insights that will drive future performance

**What you add to our crew**:

- Currently enrolled in the final year of your Bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a Master’s degree at a top-tier university, in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- A background in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity or Startups is highly advantageous
- Exceptional analytical skills with a high attention to detail and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong organizational skills that allow you to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving end-to-end projects and strategic initiatives
- Interest in the media space, the digital creator economy and current trends
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced startup environment
