**Your responsibilities at C&A**
- Translate creative concept together with the Window Concept Creator into practical and easy to understand instructions for store teams
- Install all shop windows on the basis of the development concepts, in order to drive improvements in execution/implementability
- Create and manage the window creation critical path at an annual level to manage work load and sign off expectations
- Ensure collaboration with wider Visual Experience (VE) teams to secure consistency of message in communication that the store teams use
- Be the access point of contact for queries regarding window line and set up materials for countries too help them improve the window execution
- Ensure alignment with divisional stylist to reflect envisaged styling in windows
- Responsible to store window mock up material in stock room in order to keep and reuse everything that can be useful for further window set-up
- Manage the product samples for the window mock ups to sign off complete
