As our **Procurement Lead**, you'll spearhead our sourcing strategy and fill our ambitious innovation pipeline while building supplier relationships that drive our company growth targets.

Your domain? Leading cross-functional collaboration with our product development, operations, campaigns and finance experts to secure competitive advantage to secure the best ingredients, materials, and services for our brand.

**YOUR TASKS**:

- You will spearhead the development and implementation of **innovative sourcing strategies** to support business objectives and ensure supply security.
- You'll **identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers** with a laser focus on quality, cost competitiveness, reliability, and compliance.
- As our Procurement Lead, you'll build and maintain **strong, long-term partnerships with suppliers and service providers**.
- You'll analyze market trends to uncover **cost-efficient opportunities** without sacrificing quality.
- You'll establish **robust risk management protocols,** ensuring suppliers adhere to legal, ethical, and sustainability standards.
- Your **cross-functional collaboration** skills will connect product development, operations, and finance teams to align sourcing strategies with business needs and timelines.
- You'll take ownership of **supplier master data** and product information, guaranteeing data integrity across all systems.

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- You bring **at least 5 years** of solid sourcing/procurement experience, preferably from the food or FMCG sector.
- Your sharp analytical mind makes sense of complex market data, **delivering smart sourcing decisions** that drive results.
- You're exceptionally organized, **managing multiple procurement projects, budgets, and team coordination** without missing a beat.
- At the negotiation table, you shine - securing **powerful supplier agreements** that balance quality requirements with competitive pricing.
- You **understand what our customers truly want**, ensuring every sourcing decision supports the products they'll love.
- You're a **natural relationship builder** who turns stakeholders into partners through your collaborative, service-minded approach.
- You communicate fluently in both **German** and **English**, keeping our international sourcing efforts running smoothly.
