**Product Designer - 6 month contract**

We're looking for a Product Designer to join our Product Design team on a **6 month fixed-term contract**. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping how users discover, adopt, and get value from our platform—working closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers. You'll focus on designing experiences that support activation, adoption, and growth across our product suite, helping new users quickly understand and embrace Phrase.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Designing intuitive, user-friendly experiences that drive activation and product-led growth
- Auditing existing user journeys and identifying areas for improved usability and conversion
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into smart, scalable design solutions
- Running user research and usability testing to validate ideas and guide decisions
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that bring ideas to life
- Advocating for design best practices and user-centered thinking across the organization

**What you need**:

- You have 3+ years of experience in product design, ideally in a B2B SaaS setting where you've worked closely with cross-functional teams
- You bring strong UX and product thinking to the table, and your portfolio reflects the real impact you've made for users and businesses
- You've worked on user onboarding, activation, or adoption flows—and you're excited about driving product-led growth
- You're someone who moves fast, iterates thoughtfully, and knows how to strike the right balance between quick wins and long-term vision
- You thrive in collaborative environments, value open communication, and enjoy working with folks across design, product, and engineering
- Bonus if you've navigated the challenges of complex systems, configurable products, or multi-product platforms
