- You'll leverage our recruiting efforts by sourcing great new talents for our teams
- You’ll make sure our openings are designed appealingly and promoted properly by leveraging different channels and platforms
- You’ll support the setup of a strategic talent pool ensuring a long-term engagement with high potential

**YOUR PROFILE - DETAIL-ORIENTED, INDEPENDENT AND MOTIVATED**:

- You are currently studying or have recently graduated in business administration, psychology, human resources, or a comparable study
- Ideally, you have gained first experience in Recruiting, Employer Branding, and/or HR
- You are a people person, a good communicator, and an organizational talent
- You enjoy managing different stakeholders and easily win over others
- You possess excellent German and English skills
