Marketing Lead

Frankfurt & Remote Marketing / PR / Biz Dev Hunt: Showdown
- We are looking for a **Marketing Lead**, to drive performance & digital marketing initiatives for our live service game Hunt: Showdown. In this role, you will oversee a team of marketing and brand specialists, collaborating closely with the PR, community, and social team to enhance our overall publishing efforts.

- Responsibilities
- Strategically build and execute the digital marketing strategy in close collaboration with multiple teams.
- Set up ad campaigns and media buying based on real-time data.
- Plan and implement the advertising campaign and analysis process, keeping in mind the vision and KPIs.
- Analyze and report the results of the marketing campaigns based on the set KPIs.
- Work in close collaboration with the award-winning Creative Service team, social media and Community manager team, Production, and Graphic Designers to plan and execute the campaigns.
- Act as caretaker for the brands represented by Crytek.
- Actively drive market research.
- Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals.
- Requirements
- ** 6+ years of professional experience** in marketing management within the video games industry, including **2+ years of leadership experience.**:

- Proven experience with published games, ideally live service games.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with a demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts based on real-time data analysis.
- A passion for gaming including a good understanding of the gaming industry and current trends.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
