**Your tasks**:
The position is responsible for supporting the QM department. The main tasks include global system maintenance of the CAQ software, evaluating quality data in Excel and supporting and organizing work-shops, audits and training courses.

Focus on CAQ Software
- Global admin for CAQ system
- Maintain the SW in regards of global requirements, train local admins
- Analysis of Quality data (Excel basedFocus on supplier management
- Focus on supplier management
- Analysis of quality issues and creating reports (supplier complaints)
- Processing of supplier claims

Focus on ISO 9001 / process management
- Supporting QM in the creation and maintenance of QM documentation on SharePoint
- Creation of process flow charts in Visio

**Your skills**:
With this knowledge you will strengthen our team.
- Bachelor or Master degree technical or business studies or Completed training as a technical or industrial clerk
- First professional experience in the field of refrigeration, construction, electrical engineering, quality management or comparable qualification
- First knowledge of Production are an advantage
- Good IT skills (MS Office, e.g. Excel incl. Pivot, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Fluent in English is mandatory, good Spanish and/or Germany is a plus
