**Then come and join our global team as **Head of Customer Experience (f/m/d) Computed Tomography to drive the improvement of customer experience within CT and contribute to the success of Siemens Healthineers.**

**This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week.**

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You manage the department in all personnel matters and the day-to-day performance
- You manage the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of customer experience and initiatives that ensure best-in-class customer experience within CT
- You oversee the development of a continuous stream of data and establish metrics to analyze, measure, and evaluate customer behaviors and sentiments (NPS)
- You direct activities to research best practices and new techniques to get an enhanced view of customer behaviors and preferences across all touchpoints and a more accurate visibility into the success of your engagement efforts
- You develop and implement a roadmap of customer experience goals across all touchpoints including the digital and / or hybrid customer experience
- You contribute to the continuous increases of win rates of offers and drive customer loyalty and retention
- You communicate and evangelize a customer experience vision and defined goals to stakeholders that drive a consistent end-to-end customer experience across the organization

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- You have a university degree in business administration, management studies, or in a related discipline
- You have many years of relevant experience in the field of customer service or marketing_ _in healthcare, additional experience in Computed Tomography is a plus
- You have in depth experience in the field of customer excellence and data analysis
- You have very good strategic thinking and leadership skills and the proven ability to define a vision / mission and take a team along as well as experience in building a team
- You have a strong expertise in working in cross-functional matrix organizations e.g. across sales, marketing and product management and have a very good understanding of processes as well as process management competence
