The Role

As a Customer Technology Advisor, you provide certified, technology-specific deep expertise in supporting sales. Work in tandem with the Kyndryl Consult Partner/ Account Partner on targeted opportunities and customers to develop technical or solution conversations, demos and presentation with, and for, the customer to establish our credibility and eminence. For applicable solutions have the skills to demonstrate and deliver value through show and tell.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

- Be a recognized thought leader for private wireless solutions (5G, Wifi) inside Kyndryl and outside in the market
- Support Account and/or Consult Partner in customer engagements with SME expertise in private wireless solutions
- Develop compelling solutions on standalone SDx, Edge networking, Private 5G networks and network security deals as well as integrate these in complex deals across Kyndryl practices
- Provide billable advisory network consulting services for SDx, Edge networking, Private 5G networks and network security
- Develop a point of view, capture, prioritize and analyze technical (functional and non-functional) requirements
- Ensure delivered solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.

Who You Are

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

- Good understanding of network integration of hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google, etc.)
- Proficient with state of the market network technologies including software defined networks (SDN/SDWAN) and private wireless networks
- Good understanding of Edge computing / networks.
- Expert with 5G technology - strong knowledge of 5G technology and impact on business adoption
- Good understanding of network cybersecurity architectures
- Good business and industry acumen
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to interact with multiple levels of client management including C levels
- Ability to effectively interact with other project teams in support of a multi-service engagement
