We Create. We Collaborate.** Qontigo is currently seeking a Project Management Officer, Associate Level to amend our international PM team. QONTIGO runs a high number of projects of various sizes and areas. The Project Office is responsible for supporting the company in daily business and project activities. In order to extend our capabilities, we are looking for a new joiner who can take over the role of a project management officer in a highly motivated, international team. As a project management officer you will support projects end-to-end whilst ensuring all risks, issues and dependencies are tracked. You will support the budget planning and costs monitoring as well as change management processes, complying with internal policies and procedures and providing regular reporting and materials to senior management. As part of the bigger COO Office Team you will also embark in special projects such as Executive KPI reporting or Event Organization. LI-Hybrid **Responsibilities**: - Support the project manager in the entire project lifecycle; initiation, planning, implementation and closing - Act as a liaison between project management, project members and other stakeholders - Create and review top management presentations (e.g. decision making slides for Steering Committee or Board of Directors) - Prepare and consolidate bi-weekly project and other COO reports - Attend and protocol management meetings (e.g. creation of minutes) - Take over responsibility for general project administration tasks (e.g. create IT Service requests, create visitor avis, meeting management, etc.) - Ensure QONTIGO best practices and standard approaches are implemented and adhered to - Manage change and promote the continuous improvement of project management processes Qualifications: - University degree in business studies or comparable qualification (B.A. or higher) - First work experience in preferably consulting or financial institutions - Good understanding of financial markets, IT knowledge is a plus - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Power Point - An eye for design and crispy Power Point Presentations - Reliable and accurate work approach - Strong communication skills, empathy and the ability to work in an international team - High commitment and motivation, distinct readiness to take on responsibility - Proficiency in written and spoken English, German language is a plus - Willingness to travel (
