Become a part of our Constructor Community in the north of Bremen as

**Facility Management Officer (M/F/d)**:

- (full-time 38.5h/week, 1-year limited contract) _

**Your Tasks**:

- Independent and responsible execution of minor maintenance and repair work in and around the building

- Performing painting, renovation, and touch-up work

- Conducting regular inspections to ensure safety, and order on campus

- Organization, supervision, and execution of cross-trade technical and infrastructural tasks

- Monitoring of operational, malfunction, and hazard notifications and initiating appropriate measures if necessary

- Confident handling of building management systems

**Your Profile**:

- Completed vocational training in a technical or trade profession (e.g., painter, building services technician, carpenter) or comparable experience

- Several years of professional experience in facility management or building maintenance

- Strong practical skills, technical understanding, and attention to detail

- Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working

- Good English and German skills
