With 90 years of experience, they offer professional brokerage and advisory services through our network of 11 offices in the UK and 11 in Europe. Their mission is to be the broker and adviser of choice within our specialist sectors.

**About the Role**

**This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of their expansion in Germany and replicate the outstanding success in the UK dental sector.**

You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with dental practice owners, building strategic partnerships, and driving transactions that make a real difference to dental professionals across the country.

You will develop and execute a targeted strategy to establish our presence in major German cities, leveraging your market knowledge, business acumen, and relationship-building skills to ensure we quickly become a trusted partner in the dental sector.

**Location**

In Germany, there are offices in Frankfurt, Berlin, and Munich. **As this role requires travel, we are very flexible on location as we are looking for the right person.**

The organisation is UK’s leading dental broker, renowned for their expertise, professionalism, and ability to deliver exceptional results for clients in this highly specialist field. They have facilitated countless successful transactions, earning the trust and respect of dentists and industry stakeholders alike.

Their dental team has had huge success in growing organically and bring a vast amount of experience across agency and valuation services for clients which range from single-practice owners to the leading corporate operators, across all forms of dentistry including NHS, private, and orthodontics.

As the **first member of their dental sector team in Germany**, you will be seamlessly integrated into the established hotel and care teams, working alongside like-minded professionals, as well as collaborating with the UK dental team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for the German dental market.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with dental practice owners, buyers, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting and presenting through to negotiation and closing deals.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine our approach to suit the German dental sector.
- Represent the company at industry events, building our brand as the go-to dental brokerage in Germany.
- Collaborate closely with our UK team to share insights, best practices, and ensure alignment with the company’s broader goals.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **A minimum 5+ years selling commercial operational businesses.**
- Proven track record: Demonstrated success in **business development, sales, or brokerage, ideally in the dental, healthcare, or professional services sector.**
- **Exceptional communication**: Fluent in both German and English, with outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- **Self-starter**: Highly motivated and entrepreneurial, with the ability to work independently and drive results in a new market.
- Industry knowledge**:Familiarity with the dental or healthcare market in Germany is a strong advantage.**
- **Commercial acumen**: Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver tangible value to clients.
- **Willingness to travel**: Flexibility to travel frequently to major cities across Germany to meet clients and grow the business.
