Seeks resolutions for incidents, handles them (2nd level support and 3rd level support as required) and documents and closes resolved incidents. - Initiates and monitors measures to prevent or solve problems in systems, processes and services. - Assesses, analyzes, plans and designs release packages, including risk assessment. - Provides "Go Live" support for change or introduction of IT solutions. - Other duties as assigned. **Experience & Further Qualifications**: - Fluent in English (B2 Upper intermediate). - At least 1-3 years of professional experience in related area.
