**Aufgabe**
- Product Ownerschaft für alle Akademie Portale
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung und Überwachung der Performance von den Portalen anhand von definierten KPIs
- Prozessentwicklung und - optimierung
- Wissens
- und Informationsaustausch innerhalb der Akademie als Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Aktives Schnittstellenmanagement mit dem Digital Service Team, dem deutschen CoME sowie weiteren Stakeholdern im Konzern
- Sparringspartner und Best Practice Sharing mit den internationalen Akademien
- Steuerung externer Dienstleister

**Qualifikation**
- Erfahrung als Product Owner
- Erfahrung im agilen Anforderungs
- und Projektmanagement
- Begeisterung für E-Commerce, mobile Technologien, Marktentwicklungen und Trends
- Gutes analytisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, Anforderungen in technische Spezifikationen zu übersetzen
- Hohes Maß an Zielorientierung, Eigeninitiative sowie Teamfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz im Umgang mit unterschiedlichsten Stakeholdern
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
