We are looking for a **Retail Support** with passion and drive for our boutique in Berlin Kurfürstendamm. In fulltime or part-time. This opportunity will provide you insights into the luxury fashion industry as well as an understanding of our corporate culture. In this role, you are responsible for supporting your team in the running of the boutique, to provide our customers a high-class luxury sales service. And make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Being an ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and helping the boutique team at the back office to pack the goods
- Offering best in class service by preparing the packing material and boxes
- Ensuring an excellent customer experience to our clients and giving them the feeling that each package is special
- Ensuring an excellent customer experience to our clients during their boutique stay
- Tending to special needs and wishes of our clients
- Assist the stock team in ensuring daily replenishment of shopping bags, gift boxes and packaging

**Profile**:

- Very organized, reliable, committed and self-motivated
- High level of communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced and luxury environment
- Client-oriented approach and solutions-oriented attitude as well as a positive mindset
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Fluent German and English language skills
