Der Bereich IPB/PB Trading Germany ist der zentrale Knotenpunkt zur Ausführung von Kapitalmarktprodukten an den deutschen und internationalen Märkten. Stakeholder sind sämtliche Privatkunden der Geschäftseinheiten International Private Bank (IPB) und der Private Bank (PB) auf der deutschen Buchungsplattform.

Im Orderdesk werden neben Aktien, festverzinslichen Wertpapieren und Fonds auch strukturierte Produkte börslich angeboten und im In
- und Ausland gehandelt. Darüber hinaus verantwortet das Orderdesk die Supervisory Function für den außerbörslichen Fondshandel der Private Bank (PB), Internationalen Private Bank (IPB) sowie der Corporate Bank (CB).

Mit einem kumulierten Geschäftsvolumen von über 150 Mrd. EUR pro Jahr verantwortet das Orderdesk die größte elektronische Handelsplattform für Retailkunden in Deutschland.

**Ihre Hauptverantwortlichkeiten**
- Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen und fristgerechten Durchführung der Prozesse des Teams durch sehr gute Kenntnisse der Prozesse und Mitwirkung
- Ansprechpartner für Kundenberater, Vertriebs Service Line und den telefonischen Kundenservice bei Rückfragen zu Orders oder Orderprozessen sowie Ansprechpartner für die Market Supervision Frankfurt (Xetra), Skontroführer und Spezialisten bei Nachfragen zu Orders
- Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme und Sicherstellung von Sondertätigkeiten, beispielsweise:

- Durchführung von Backtestings zur Validierung der Best Execution Regeln der Deutschen Bank
- Durchführung und Dokumentation von Regressionstests für im Bereich eingesetzte Applikationen
- Erstellung und Pflege von Statistiken
- Mitwirkung bei Projekten:

- Erstellen von Spezifikationen und Anforderungen
- Durchführung funktionaler und regressiver Tests
- Ermittlung von Auswirkungen auf bestehende Prozesse sowie Ableitung von Prozessanpassungen
- Unterstützung der Team
- und Abteilungsleitung bei strategischen Initiativen

**Ihre Kompetenzen und Erfahrungen**
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Börsen
- und Wertpapierabwicklungsprozesse (Front-to-Back)
- Hohe Belastbarkeit, Lernbereitschaft und Flexibilität (Servicezeiten 07:30 - 22:00)

The IPB/PB Trading Germany division is the central hub for the execution of capital market products on the German and international markets. Stakeholders are all private customers of the International Private Bank (IPB) and Private Bank (PB) business units on the German booking platform.

In addition to equities, fixed income and funds, structured products are also offered on the stock exchange and are traded domestically and abroad. In addition, the Orderdesk has a supervisory function for over-the-counter fund trading of Private Bank (PB), International Private Bank (IPB) and Corporate Bank (CB).

With a cumulative business volume of over EUR 150 billion per year, the Orderdesk is responsible for the largest electronic trading platform for retail customers in Germany.

**Your Main Responsibilities**
- Ensuring the proper and timely execution of the team's processes through very good knowledge of the processes and participation
- Functional contact for client service officers and internal customer services lines (VSL and TKS) for queries about orders or order processes as well as central contact for Market Supervision for Frankfurt (Xetra), lead brokers and specialists regarding inquiries about orders
- Independent execution of additional tasks, such as:

- Backtesting to validate Deutsche Bank's best execution rules
- Creation and maintenance of statistics

Project activities:

- Creation of specifications and requirements
- Perform functional and regression testing
- Determination of effects on existing processes and derivation of process adjustments
- Supporting team and department leadership in strategic initiatives

**Your Profile**
- Very good knowledge of stock exchange and securities settlement processes (front-to-back)
- High resilience, willingness to learn and flexibility (service hours 07:30 - 22:00)
- Very good knowledge of the German language, spoken and written
