Dolav Plastic Products was established in Southern Israel in 1976 and is involved in the production and marketing of large volume, heavy duty box pallets. We are known worldwide for our solutions to problems concerning material handling and storage, and we are one of the leading pallet and pallet boxes manufacturers in the world.
**Role Purpose**
Providing a high quality external and internal sales support service:
You will be representing DOLAV to all customers across the UK as their customer service contact person. Therfore you will take care of all their needs, whether it is a request, order a even a complaint. Further, you will support sales managers and be an important part between all departmens from logistics, to accounting.
Deployment location can be in the UK office in Watton, Norfolk or remote, or hybrid.

**Principal Accountabilities**
1. Do outgoing Qualification Calls
2. Manage quotation - all process
3. Process orders
4. Receive incoming calls and forward them to the responsible person
5. Create & deliver invoices
6. Qualify incoming inquiries and forward them to responsible Sales Manager
7. Support the selling process of the sales team member
8. Taking over tasks in absence of the sales team member
9. CRM support
10. Price list maintenance
11. Client complaint support
**Position Requirements**
**Formal Education**
B.A. or relevant professional economics courses
**Professional Experience and skills**
- Experience of minimum 2 years in the field of activity
- Solution oriented, wanting to exceed customer expectations
- Speaking and writing in English (sophisticated/native language), additional languages such as German, French, Spanish or Hebrew are a plus
- Experienced in sales and Customer Service
- Good communication skills (phone / writing)
- Ability to work in a team (close contact to the Logistics Team, Customer and Sales Team)
- High emotional intelligence
- Software knowledge (MS Office and preferably SAP Business One)
