**Teamassistant Marine HR (f/m/d)**
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Act as Teamassistant to the Senior management of the department; setting up appointments, travel management on demand and accounting
- Prepare Meetings, setting up agendas, ensure distribution, issue minutes and follow up on agreed items and measures independently
- Fulfill administrative and organisational tasks to establish an organized and structured environment within Marine HR; scheduling of briefings and new hire familiarisation, administer HR system access
- Prepare presentations and reports upon request, ensure CI standards are met.
- Support the senior management in projects and/or participate on request.

**Your Profile**:

- Vocational training with focus on Business Administration or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration desirable
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in HR and/ or within the Shipping Industry
- Very good English language skills (English is our company language.)
- Deep knowledge of Office 365 system (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Structured and organized way of working as well as good time management
- Service oriented with good communication skills
