We would love to welcome you to our Munich office location, working hours are 37.5 per week.
**Your responsibilities day to day will be**
- Service case management - responding to customer queries within SLA
- Updating CRM system
- Engagement with vendors - help to resolve issues/queries
- On-boarding experience - allocate to account manager/welcome letter management
- Newsletter management
- Regular customer service - check in calls
- Operational process management
**What do we expect of you?**
- Good communication skills - German and English
- Good computer skills
- Previously worked with a CRM system (not essential)
- Highly motivated and driven to learn.
- A desire to learn, grow, and develop own skills and knowledge.
